1. Overview

Every Chaotic Lvng product — from our hand-poured candles and fragrances to our curated accessories — is carefully inspected before it leaves our studio.
If something isn’t right when your order arrives, we promise to resolve it quickly and fairly, in accordance with the policy below.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within three (3) days of delivery.
To qualify, the product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all inserts, labels, and accessories intact.
Proof of purchase, such as your order number or invoice, must be provided.

This policy applies to all Chaotic Lvng products, including candles, home fragrances, and candle accessories such as wick trimmers, snuffers, and lighters.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact +91 90567 47640 within 24 hours of delivery.
Include clear unboxing photos or videos showing the issue.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost.
Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

4. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return a product because you changed your mind, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within seven to ten business days after inspection.
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded as store credit or directly to your bank account once details are provided.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for products that are damaged or defective.
If you wish to select a different fragrance or accessory, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of placement.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification is not possible.

8. Responsibility and Disclaimer

Chaotic Lvng is not responsible for damage caused by improper use or storage, including exposure to heat or sunlight, or accidental breakage.
All return and refund claims are subject to verification by our team.
This policy complies with applicable Indian consumer-protection regulations.

10. Final Note

Each Chaotic Lvng creation — from candles to accessories — is designed and finished with care.
Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.
