At Chaotic Lvng, every order is carefully hand-packed and inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged, we're here to make it right.
Returns & Replacements
We accept returns only for products that are delivered damaged and are reported within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
To request a replacement, please contact us at hello@chaoticlvng.com or +91 90567 47640 with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the outer packaging and shipping label
- An unboxing video (recommended, as it helps us process claims faster)
Once your request is verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval, although the time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Products that are not damaged
- Used or partially used products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless received damaged)
- Gift cards
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
